- Fulbright U.S.
- U.S. State Department program offering grants for graduate study, research, and English teaching abroad. Highly competitive; covers tuition, stipend, travel, and health.
- Chevening U.K.
- U.K. government's international scholarships programme funding one-year master's degrees at any U.K. university for emerging leaders from over 160 countries.
- DAAD Germany
- Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst — Germany's joint organisation funding international academic exchange at all levels. Famous for tuition-free German universities.
- Erasmus Mundus EU
- European Union's flagship joint master's programme. Students study at two or more European universities and receive full tuition, monthly stipend, travel, and insurance.
- MEXT Japan
- Japanese Government Scholarship from the Ministry of Education. Covers full tuition at Japanese universities plus a monthly living allowance for research and undergraduate students.
- Commonwealth U.K.
- Funded by the U.K.'s FCDO; supports talented individuals from low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries to study in the U.K. for one year.
- Schwarzman China
- Master's programme at Tsinghua University in Beijing, fully funded. Designed to prepare future leaders for the geopolitical challenges of the 21st century.
- Rhodes U.K.
- Oldest and one of the most prestigious international graduate scholarships, funding postgraduate study at the University of Oxford. Highly selective and life-changing.
